This home is nestled in the pines and located just off of Circle 5. There is a large deck with a BBQ and a hot tub. The home is also very close to the Deschutes River. A short walk to the river and your on your way for an enjoyable float down the Deschutes!

Master Bedroom:
This bedroom is located upstairs and offers a queen bed, TV, DVD player, and a full bathroom that has a seperate bathtub and shower.

Second Bedroom:
This bedroom is located downstairs at the end of the hallway. It has a queen bed, night stand, dresser, TV, and a large walk in closet. In the hallway between this second bedroom and the third bedroom is a full bathroom.

This bedroom is located at the other end of the hallway from the second bedroom above. A full size bed and one set of bunk beds. There is a TV, DVD player, dresser, desk, and closet.

The home has an attached two car garage. For recreation, you can play pool or use the 2 Adult Bikes, 1 childrens bike, and 1 youth bike and enjoy the 30+ miles of bike trails in Sunriver.
